#701 Spark of Steel is a blue toned gray or bluish steel gray to me more precise. It just adds spark to the overall look of my hand and I'm quite loving the color. It also has micro/subtle silver shimmers that gives metallic finish. I was very delighted with the application - gives opaque intense color in a single coat and dries pretty quickly. The color is festive in all terms and would look great when paired with both ethnic and western outfits. Overall, LOVE it!
