So I was tootleing about on youtube when an ad popped up, for a free sample of the new Maybelline BB cream, and I thought why not? I bought the Garnier BB cream last year when everyone seemed to be loving it. But I didn't. I thought it was alright for a very light coverage tinted moisturiser but for anything else a bit crap.I saw the Maybelline BB cream and I thought, this could work for me. So it arrived in a little folded packet and it had 3 samples in; my first problem. I thought all of the samples had way too much product in and it would be wasted if I attempted to use all of the product from one sachet at a time. So I put all of the sachets into one pot, so when I use it I can use as much as I want without wasting any.I then applied the product, I didn't use any primers or conceal first so I could see how it works fairly. I used my fingers as I just felt that was right (you know, how you do...). And I thought it went on quite nicely and the texture of the products worked into my skin quite well but i felt there was no coverage. And where there was coverage it was where I had slightly drier skin. When it "stuck" to the drier skin it was very orangey toned.Over all I am not impressed really, I just don't think BB creams are for me. I like to have a product that will give me enough coverage but still look natural, and that is what I thought I would get with the BB creams. But unfortunately I don't.See you soon :)
