Ingredients:
- 1 mango peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 papaya peeled, deseeded and diced
- 1 banana peeled, and sliced
- 1/2 sweet onion peeled and diced
- 1 Tomato diced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Green chilli /chilli flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Method:
- In a medium bowl, mix mango, papaya, banana, sweet onion, tomato, chilli, mint, salt and lime juice.
- Session with black pepper
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
