Mango Papaya Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango peeled, seeded and dicedMango Papaya Salsa
  • 1 papaya peeled, deseeded and diced
  • 1 banana peeled, and sliced
  • 1/2 sweet onion peeled and diced
  • 1 Tomato diced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Green chilli /chilli flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  •  2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix mango, papaya, banana, sweet onion, tomato, chilli, mint, salt and lime juice.
  2. Session with black pepper
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
