Make Up Academy (MUA) Cream Blush (Lush)

By Hlthbeauty
Hola ladies.... Happy weekend ahead! :)
I am back with another blush review for you all today. This time with MUA's Cream Blush - Lush.
Make Up Academy (MUA) Cream Blush (Lush)
I was not much of a blush person until last year, until when a pretty damsel in the name of Nids, brushed me with her blush-crazy wand! :)
Who can resist a blush at a pound? You don't even get coffee in this price these days... :D
Price: I GBP (~ INR 100)
Packaging:
Comes in a simple rectangular plastic case. The lid is see-through & shuts tight to the base. Sleek & easy to carry around. No mirror or brush provided.

The way I see it:
Their simple, no-fussy packaging is already a big hit with me. Its easy to store these sleek cases & make out the shades too.
This is my third blush from the MUA stable.
You can read my other reviews too on MUA Cream Blush - Dolly & MUA Fashionista Blush - Blushing
This is a lovely barbie pink blush with no shimmers. I think none of MUA's cream blushes carry shimmers, to my liking!

HAND SWATCH - SINGLE SWIPE

Lush would suit fair to medium skin tones effortlessly, while might look a tad neonish on dusky stones.
Being amazingly pigmented, you can work your way with the amount of color you want on your cheeks.
I prefer to apply the first layer with my fingers then work over with a brush to achieve desired color.
One swipe on the blush pan to the cheeks. give a soft pinkish glow - something that I totally adore.
This blush is perfect for spring & summers and equally good for both day & night look. You might pat some sheeny pink powder blush of your choice if you are into dramatic makeup.

BLENDED SWATCH - SINGLE SWIPE OF COLOR

The consistency is just right - not too creamy or slippery and does not feel too powdery when applied on the skin.
According to me, Lush's pigmentation is better than Dolly.
It stays for about 3-4 hrs. on my normal-dewy skin with makeup and calls for a retouch then.
This is a good blush at the given price, and I like it a lot more than Dolly... :D
HnB Ed - I think I lost the FOTD pic I took wearing this blush & not in a position to click pictures with makeup now! :( Please bear with the swatches only... :)
