This cream is the best thing I've found for really reducing the redness of a spot overnight! It's also ridiculously cheap and readily available in Boots.
It's actually a nappy rash cream that can also be used on burns, cuts and eczema. I have found that slapping a dollop of this over spots for a few hours or overnight if you can really helps to reduce redness and spot size. The antiseptic healing nature of this cream means that it helps to kill the bacteria in the spot and it really does help them to heal faster!
