My experience shopping with Luxola.com
- The website is well designed, easy to navigate and products are properly distributed under each category - which makes your shopping very easy and quick.
- Free Shipping to India above orders for Rs 2300, below that a flat rate of Rs 950 is included that's way too much.
- There are wide range of brands available - Sleek MakeUp, Sigma, Alpha-H, SK-II, Makeup Store, Zoeva, etc that are very famous ones from Western and South Eastern zones.
- Products came safely in bubble wrap and no damage were caused to any of them. I was more worried about the eye shadow palette, since they are prone to breakage.
- I placed my order on 30th of October and received it on 12th of November.
- I had to pay customs - Rs 935, but Luxola refund the money back.
- Some products were priced higher than MRP. For example - The RT Eyes Enhanced Starter Kit retails for Rs 1110 on iherb website but on Luxola.com, they are priced at Rs 1870. That's way too high!
- Modes of Payment accepted : Credit/Debit Card - Visa and Mastercard
- You can sign up to become an LX Insider and earn points to get discounts - by referring Luxola to your friends.
- Indian Women can now access many more brands by sitting at the comfort of your home.
- Going through the all process like - signing up, adding products to cart, applying coupon (if any), entering the shipping details and then payment, can be done very smoothly and with lots of ease.
I am quite excited to create different looks using the palettes and have started experimenting with the palettes. As winters have headed to my city, I will be using the lip balm to keep my lips away from dryness. Will be reviewing each product separately soon!
