So here we have it, a bigger list of tops hotels for celebrity spotting around the globe. Even if you aren't a huge fan of celebrity stalking, at least you can be assured these hotels all received the stamp of approval from discerning travellers including George Cloney and Prince Harry! Here, our lust list of top hotels for celebrity spotting.
1. Riverrun Luxury Lodge, Wanaka
86 Halliday Rd, Wanaka 9382, New Zealand | Web (Images supplied by http://www.viewretreats.com)Riverrun Lodge near Lake Wanaka in New Zealand hosted Prince Harry and his party just earlier this year when this Prince Charming toured downunder.
14 Queen Street, Woollahra NSW, Australia | WebLocated in the heart of New Zealand's beautiful Southern Alps, Riverrun is a unique and luxurious lodge. Surrounded by 500 acres of peaceful, private land bordering New Zealand's largest river, the Clutha, this spectacular property is the perfect retreat for those who enjoy being amongst nature in a tranquil and rural setting. We'd agree that it's definitely very different from Prince Harry's usual party spots in the Vegas penthouse.
1 Kensington Court, London, W8 5DL | Web2. The Hughenden, Sydney
There is so much here at The Hugeenden located near Sydney's artistic suburb Paddington that encapsulates boutique style. High-profile guests who've stayed at this artfully designed hotel include actors Rachel Griffiths and Geoffery Rush, as well as politicians such as Malcolm Turnbull and Margaret Whitlam. We totally love how each room is individually decorated with antique furniture and original artworks! The hotel features pet-friendly rooms, perfect for travellers like Johnny Depp who brought his two Yorkshire terriers Pistol and Boo to Australia when he filmed the latest Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
3. The Milestone Hotel, London
This Grade II Listed mansion hotel The Milestone located in the heart of Kensington has had visits from the late Princess Diana. Many of the celebrities who perform at the nearby Royal Albert Hall have also stayed at this opulently decorated hotel. Located directly opposite Kensington Palace and Gardens, this place also proved to be popular among Royal fans wanting to spot the latest style worn by the Duchess of Cambridge and baby Prince George.
Just when we're talking about being in-style, the Milestone also offers private consultations with esteemed milliner Louis Mariette who famously made the world's most expensive hat, the Chapeau d'Amour, with woven platinum and studded with diamonds. Even though there's no guarantee about the Royal Family sightings, one thing for sure is that you're going to leave this place in vogue and classiness! I weren't lucky enough to take home a diamond hat, but I certainly rolled out the door with full tummy from the delectable high tea experience at their Park Lounge ( read our full reviews and video here if you've missed it).
4. Villa Zarina, Lombardy
George Cloney has certainly got a love affair with all things Italian. There are many luxurious holiday villas at Lake Como region in Italy which are located within 50 metres from George Clooney 's house. This Villa Zarina Apartment is one of those - a spacious and stunning luxury apartment located in a recently restored 19th-century villa. While you're there, don't miss seeing one of the most romantic villages on Lake Como, Bellagio, also known as the 'Pearl of the Lake'. It's a small town with pastel coloured houses full of spectacularly Instagram-worthy views.
