Low-carb 4th of July Summer Berry Trifle

Oh, say can you see this delectable piece of art? Add a colorful and patriotic touch to your festive low-carb holiday table this 4th of July. A fluffy cream cheese mixture layered with juicy berries, dressed up in the colors of the American flag. Turn this recipe into the national anthem this year, guests of all ages will sing your praises.


  1. Mix together cream cheese, vanilla extract and sweetener, if you're using any. Mix until light and fluffy. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form and gently combine with the cream cheese.
  2. Pour one third of the cream cheese mixture in a glass bowl. Cover with a layer of sliced strawberries. Add one more cream cheese layer, cover with a layer of blueberries.
  3. Cover with the rest of the cream cheese mixture and decorate with sliced berries arranged to look like an American flag. Serve immediately.
