It has taken me a long time to decide on a look that is my favorite for January, but just in the nick of time, this little beauty popped up on my Tumblr and I knew I had found it.
The image (or series of images) is of the model Bette Franke posing in VOGUE Brazil’s February issue. She is on the cover looking chic, but it is the editorial pages on the inside that interest me most.
Styled by kooky fashion Queen Anna Dello Russo, her make up makes me think of hot summer nights and Duran Duran in the 1980′s. In fact, she looks just like an extra from their Rio video which makes me love this look even more!
The make-up artist who created these looks is Jessica Nedza who has worked on Vogue, Just Cavalli and Moschino on adverts and editorial shoots.
The exotic mix of purples, oranges, blues and greens just make me long for summer time and there is nothing better to feast your cold January eyes on than this.
