Yay! It’s finally December and although I had my eyes peeled for a really glittery, Christmassy make up look nothing beats this amazing look from Cheryl Cole at the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball.
A very trend led look, Cheryl has successfully made red eyeshadow look good! A big look for Theirry Mugler, Anna Sui and Vivienne Westwood this type of color on the lids usually it makes you look like you have either had a nasty reaction to something or you were up late last night drinking, but teamed with her dark locks that were stylishly slicked back the elongated shape makes it wearable.
She has also used black eyeliner to line the eyes and create definition. It also looks like a coppery brown shadow has been used to soften the red. Bare cheeks keep it looking not too over done and to top it off she has used a brick red lipstick. Now, on paper none of these should work, let alone together but Cheryl’s deep skintone, dark hair and feline eye shape have made this my favorite look this month.
