LG Confirms Arrival of G Pad Tablet in a Teaser Video

Although LG has not announced anything yet officially, we are certain that the company is going to offer us a new tablet. The model will go by the name G Pad and it is expected that the LG will announce this tablet at IFA 2013.

The tablet is not shown in the teaser video below, but we can indirectly define the features and specifications the device will boast. The video shows people on the street, being asked what they expect of a tablet and not surprisingly we get answers like a slim design, high performance and ease of use.

This way, LG shows that they are ready to meet all the needs and requirements of potential buyers. For example, the G Pad will have light and slim design, with a display size ideal to be mobile and at the same perfect for watching movies; you can pair this device with other “smart” devices in your home network, and you can play games on the high resolution display.

The specifications are not confirmed yet, but G Pad will probably have 8.3-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1,920 by 1,200 pixels along with the latest GF Ditto technology, 2GB of RAM, a , a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. The tablet would have particularly slim and lightweight aluminum housing. Chances are that the LG tablet is going to be officially presented at IFA 2013 in Berlin.
