so yesterday you might have seen on my instragram yesterday, that i posted myself having a really lazy day, because it was my first weekend off for ages with my bf.
so after that, we decided to go to the shop and buy some ingredients, and i ,made the well loved favorite cornflake cakes :D
yeahhhh, but this time, i made them with white chocolate, now you all probably know how to make them, but i am going to show you anyway, and i hope after this you will want to make these well loved cakes too :D
what you need is:
- cornflakes
- white chocolate
- and milk chocolate buttons for decoration
basically all you do is melt the white chocolate over some boiling water till its all melted
then add the cornflakes into the mixture, i added about 3/4 of the bag to 2 bars of chocolate, but you just add them until you cant coat any more chocolate onto the cornflakes
put them in some cake cases, (i choose muffin cases because you can fit more in,), then put a couple of the milk buttons ontop and pop them in the fridge for about an hour so that they set. and dah dahhhh lovely cornflake cakes, that everyone loves haha
