My experience with the product
Lakme Lip Love Lipsticks comes in a metallic red packaging with Lip Love written all over. There is a heart engraved on the casing and the letter LOVE embossed on the lipstick itself. The packaging is attractive and valentine but looks cheezy.
The texture is soft, creamy, buttery and glides effortlessly on lips. It gives a even pay off color with a luscious glossy finish. It feels light on lips and neither dry out the flaky areas nor accentuate fine lines of the lips. It gives a generous dose of hydration and nourishment to the lips keeping them soft and supple for longer period. These lipsticks have the goodness of SPF 16, which means extra protection from sun rays.Valentine Velvet is a bright and vibrant magenta pink. It is a nice fall shade and would flatter light to medium complexion. The pigmentation is very nice and gives full coverage in a single swipe. The shade lasts for good 6 hours with just minimal fading leaving behind soft pink stain. Apt for festive season or brides-to-be. The only con being the price and smell.
If you love deep pinks or red, you should definitely go with this shade!
