La Girl is a well known affordable drugstore brand from the U.S that unfortunately isn't easily available here in the U.K. How ever on a recent trip to Westfields shopping center in Stratford I poped into a small perfume & beauty store that I think was called 'Beauty Base'? Correct me if I'm wrong and it had two whole rows of the LA Girl makeup collection! I was in heaven & had to pick up a few items, two of them being their Semi-Permanent Lip Liners for £2.50. 
I bought the two more neutral looking shades that I know I'll get good use out of 'True Brown' & 'Natural'. Well folks, I LOVE THEM! They are the most long lasting lip liners I have ever tried, far out beating my Mac pro longwear lip pencils longevity.This lip liner does apply smoothly but since it's so long lasting it’s not the most moisturising of products. If you like a moisturizing lip pencil the chances are it won’t last very long, the drier the pencil the longer it’s going to last. To help combat this I apply some lip balm at the start of my makeup routine & by the time I come to apply lipliner they're nicely hydrated. 
The L.A Girl Endless Auto Lip Liner has twist up packaging so no sharpeners needed. The end of the lip pencil is color coded to correspond with the color inside like mac liners, which makes finding the color I want to use really easy.

If your after a super long lasting lipliner then I can not suggest L.A Girl Endless Auto Lip Liner enough! If you don't live near Stratford then try ordering them from ikatehouse.com where they are on sale for $1.99 & have fairly good international shipping rates.
