Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Range : First Impressions

By Anupamapnb @divallista

Hey everyone!

The Kronokare Team was generous enough to send some citrusy love to me for review. I got the Mediterranean Citrus range a month before and I have just started using the products and here are my initial thoughts on the Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Shampoo and Hair Conditioner from the range ~

Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Range : First Impressions

Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Range

To summarize - I absolutely adore the neon green and black packaging with black flip top opening (that controls the flow of product very well) and the refreshing scent and light textures of these products. All the products does their job well and some does not lather much as they are SLS and Paraben free.

Kronokare says :

1. Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Shower Gel (Rs 105/60 ml and Rs 325/220 ml)

Bubble it up, double it up, wash for a while.

Don't forget to smile, smile, smile.

Initial thoughts - The shower gel is transparent and quite runny in texture. 2-3 drops on your wet loofah is enough for a squeaky clean bath. It cleanses away easily when washed with water, no slippery and greasy feeling. It has mild citrusy scent that lingers on the body for 15-20 mins. I have extremely dry skin, but it does not makes my skin more drier, rather it hydrates my skin and doesn't quench for instant moisturisation.

2. Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Body Lotion (Rs 115/60 ml and Rs 345/220 ml)

Spread generously from head to toe, rejoice in the natural glow. Go on rub-it-in!

Initial thoughts - The body lotion is neither runny nor thick in texture. It easily absorbs in skin with just a little massage and keeps skin moisturised, smooth and supple for 4-5 hours. The mild citrus fragrance lingers vanishes after 2-3 hours.

3. Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Shampoo (Rs 105/60 ml and Rs 325/220 ml)

Squeeze like you mean it, massage a little bit. Now, take a second to say a little prayer, for the day is going to be so very fair. Rinse!

Initial thoughts - The shampoo is a gel based transparent fluid, that is very runny in texture. I just use a very little amount on my shoulder length hair. It does not lather much because it is SLS and Paraben free but makes my hair squeaky clean and softer after every use. With each use, I can see that my hair fall has reduced and a lustrous shine to my hair. It too has citrusy smell, that I love the most and vanishes after an hour or so.
4. Kronokare Mediterranean Citrus Hair Conditioner (Rs 115/60 ml and Rs 345/220 ml)

Apply to hair, like you really care. Comb through with fingers, de-tangle the mangles, sharpen the angles. Rinse and smile.

Initial thoughts - The conditioner is milky white and thick in texture. The conditioner is very mild and soften my tresses well. It does not make my hair oily but rather control the frizziness. The conditioner cleanses quickly when washed with water, and I could feel the softness of my hair. This is my favorite product from the range and I love using this!
