...it's when your workout crew fails to show up. Including the one with the laptop that will play the DVD.
I waited around for 15 mins and then decided I shouldn't let my change into workout clothes go to waste. I couldn't do the planned workout but I could still do something. I hit the office gym and luckily there was a free bike. Put in 20 mins so at least it wasn't a total waste of a lunch break.
Guess I'll be doing Kettleworx at home tonight...and hoping the crew shows up tomorrow for resistance.
