This is an easy recipe using Johnsonville sausage and its a really good #backtoschoolbreakfast. Kids will love this recipe :-)
8 Slices of bread with the crust cut off1 Package of Johnsonville Sausage1 Egg1/4 C Milk1 Tsp Cinnamon1 Tsp Nutmeg
Cook your sausage till done. Set aside. Next take your bread that has no crust and flatten it with a rolling pin. Next mix up your egg, milk, cinnamon and nut meg. Set aside. Take your sausage link and wrap it up in the bread. Next roll it in the egg mixture and put it in a frying pan with a little butter. Do this with all of them. Cook until golden brown on all sides. Serve with warm maple syrup and confectioners sugar!
