Anastasia Beverly Hills Insomniac Lipstick
Insomniac is one of my favorite shades from Anastasia Beverly Hills and I was really excited to see Insomniac in the liquid lipstick formula, I already have it in their matte lipstick bullet formula. It’s a dark teal color that most people probably wouldn’t gravitate towards but I think it’s incredibly unique to see on the lips.
I also used the Urban Decay Disco powder highlighter to create this look. It’s a violet with a blue color shift. I paired it with the Kat Von D Crème Lipstick in Roxy as a base, I mentioned this in one of my Instagram stories, but I am considering putting all my KVD lipsticks into a palette, the longer I’ve had them the more I like to use them as a crème base and around the eyes or other areas of the face of than the lips. I used to use crème bases all the time and the creamy matte formula performs amazing.
