Well, not exactly 'wild' but getting there - er, my 'garden', that is. For reasons of accuracy I place inverted commas round the word 'garden' because it is so titchy it barely qualifies and you proper gardeners would snort in derision were you to see it. Even so, the bloody weeds make the most of it! Of course, with my 'nursing' duties taking priority over recent weeks - well, that's my excuse to the neighbours - the weed vs. flower war has gone on unchecked and - natch! - the weeds are winning. Anyway, God and the Met Office have promised us a pleasant, warm and dry weekend, the Memsahib is now hobble-worthy and so I have no excuse. I mention all this because it means that blogging today and tomorrow will be like this example - short, rambling, inconsequential, mostly frivolous and tapped out during my (frequent) tea breaks.
