How to Prevent Cancer

The China Study and Forks Over Knives

Have you ever read The China Study or seen the documentary movie Forks Over Knives?  Both of these products have been heavily promoted by Whole Foods Market and several online sources.  Millions of people have been turned on to a plant-based, vegan diet after reading The China Study and/or watching Forks Over Knives.  The main summary of both pieces of propaganda is that animal-based protein causes cancer and animal-based fat causes heart disease.

Nothing could be further from the truth, however.  Animal-based proteins and fats can actually help protect us from cancer and heart disease, as well as outright nutritional deficiencies, depression, and infertility.  Read an excellent critique of The China Study here,  and of Forks Over Knives here.

For critical information about how you can really prevent cancer and other disease, watch this excellent documentary called Food Matters.  It’s free online for this week only.

Of course, if you suffer from addictions to foods, cigarettes, caffeine, alcohol, violent TV shows and movies, or unhealthy relationships or behaviors, one of the best ways you can prevent illness is by releasing these addictions.  This ancient Chinese herbal formula can help you release your addictions.

Estrogen dominance is another main cause of cancers of the reproductive organs.  Estrogen dominance is caused by exposure to xenoestrogens from plastic water bottles and plastic food containers, birth control pills, tap water, insecticides, off-gassing from carpeting, furniture, and new cars, and many other chemicals in your environment.  Help your body to detoxify from these chemicals with Meta I3C.
