The China Study and Forks Over Knives

Have you ever read The China Study or seen the documentary movie Forks Over Knives?  Both of these products have been heavily promoted by Whole Foods Market and several online sources.  Millions of people have been turned on to a plant-based, vegan diet after reading The China Study and/or watching Forks Over Knives.  The main summary of both pieces of propaganda is that animal-based protein causes cancer and animal-based fat causes heart disease.
