- 1/2 pound Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp unsalted Butter
- 2 Anchovy fillets
- 4 sliced Garlic cloves
- 2 pounds quartered Tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped flat-leaf parsley
How to make Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Anchovy Butter
Step 1: Cook the spaghetti, then drain and reserve its cooking liquid. Step 2: Heat butter in a skillet, then add anchovy fillets and 4 sliced garlic cloves. Step 3: Cook them while stirring often until anchovies are broken down and garlic is soft. Step 4: Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and then cook while stirring occasionally until they fall apart. Step 5: Toss in spaghetti and cooking liquid, and cook until sauce coats pasta. Step 6: Toss in chopped parsley, and serve hot and yummy spaghetti with tomatoes and anchovy butter.MORE RECIPES
