Ingredients
- 4 boneless Pork chunks
- 3 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili-Garlic sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp Olive oil
- 2 chopped Garlic cloves
- 6 chopped green Onions
- 3 large beaten Eggs
- 2 cups cubes of Pineapple
- 6 cups cooked brown Rice
- ½ cup halved Cashew
- Salt to taste
Step 1: In a bowl, add pork, two sauce and toss them well.
Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet, then add pork mixture to it and cook it for five minutes. Set it aside.
