Serving: 2 people
Preparation time: 25 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 3 cups Maida
  • 3-4 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas (boiled)
  • 2-3 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 3-4 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cumin seed powder
  • 2 tablespoon Ajwain powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chat masala powder
  • Green chutney
  • Red chutney
  • Sev
How to make Papri (Papdi) Chaat
To make Papdi:
Step 1: To make the dough, mix flour and maida in a bowl

Step 2: Add ajwain powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder

Step 3: Stir in water and make a hard dough
