Ingredients
- ½ Kg Paneer Cubes
- 1 diced Capsicum
- 1 Medium diced Onion
- 1 diced Tomato
- ½ cup Yogurt or Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 pinch Carom Seeds
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Few Toothpicks
- Oil for Fry
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Take a medium bowl, add yogurt or sour cream, garlic-ginger paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, carom seeds and salt.
Step 2: Whisk all the ingredients with lemon juice to prepare a marinade.
Step 3: Add the vegetables and paneer to the marinade. Mix well until all the vegetables and paneer properly covered from marinade and leave it aside for few minutes.
