Ingredients
- 400ml 0range juice
- 7 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups castor Sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable Oil
- Candied orange zest
- 1/4 cup Poppyseeds
- 1/2 tsp cream of Tartar
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 2 cups self raising Flour
- 1 cup confectioners' Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Step 1: Heat the orange juice in a saucepan and reduce to half, then cool it.
Step 2: Blend 3/4 cup sugar and egg yolk in a mixer until it becomes thick.
