Recipe of Hot and Sour Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion - Finely Slice
- 4-5 Cups Chicken Stock
- 500 gms Boneless chicken
- 2-3 Carrot - Finely Sliced Lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Cabbage - Grated
- 1/2 cup Bamboo Shoots - Sliced
- 2 Capsicum - Finely Sliced Lengthwise
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves - Finely Chopped
- 2-3 Green Chilies - Finely Chopped
- 200 gms Mushrooms - Sliced Lengthwise
- 1 Inch Ginger - Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp corn flour - Make a paste with the help of water
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 2 tsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 Egg - Beaten
- A Pinch of Ajinomoto
- 2-3 cups of Water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Step 1: Boil the boneless chicken for 10-12 mins in a pressure cooker. Mince and keep aside
Step 2: In a deep pan pour small quantity of oil and add ginger, garlic, green chilies, saute for a min then add onion
