Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion - Finely Slice
  • 4-5 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 500 gms Boneless chicken
  • 2-3 Carrot - Finely Sliced Lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage - Grated
  • 1/2 cup Bamboo Shoots - Sliced 
  • 2 Capsicum - Finely Sliced Lengthwise
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves - Finely Chopped
  • 2-3 Green Chilies - Finely Chopped
  • 200 gms Mushrooms - Sliced Lengthwise
  • 1 Inch Ginger - Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp corn flour - Make a paste with the help of water
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Egg - Beaten
  • A Pinch of Ajinomoto
  • 2-3 cups of Water
  • Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
How to make Hot and Sour Chicken Soup 

Step 1: Boil the boneless chicken for 10-12 mins in a pressure cooker. Mince and keep aside

Step 2: In a deep pan pour small quantity of oil and add ginger, garlic, green chilies, saute for a min then add onion
