Ingredients
  • 2 large Mangoes,Peeled and Diced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger,Grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2-3 tsp Honey
For Granishing
  • 2 tsp Greek Yogurt
  • Few Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Seasonal Fruit, Diced (Optional)
How to make Chilled Mango Soup
Step 1: Place peeled mangoes,milk ,ginger and honey in a food processor.Blend them untill smooth
Step 2: Transfer the mango puree in a bowl and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours
