Ingredients
- 2 Small Bowls Chicken Breasts, Skinless & Boneless
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Thai Red-Green Chile, Thinly Sliced
- 3 tbsp Basil Leaves, Chopped
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Small Red Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- Oil for Cooking
- Whole Red Dry Chili for garnish
