Recipe of Chicken Cutlets Chicken cutlets are easy to make and all time dish. Also, you can store this tasty cutlets for 1 month in refrigerator and can serve it, to surprise guest. This evening snacks prepared from boneless chicken tastes yummy when put in between the two slices of bread or ate them with chutney or roll them up in chapati.
Serving: 5 person
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 30 mins
  • 350 gm of boiled, boneless Chicken
  • 1 medium size chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped Coriander
  • 2 chopped green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Aamchur powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup sooji
  • Cooking oil
How to make Chicken Cutlets

Step 1:
Cut the boiled chicken into fine chunks.

Step 2:
Add onion, coriander, chillies, garlic paste, egg, cumin, aamchur powder, garam masala and salt to the chicken chunks and mix them well.
