Recipe of Chawal Ke Pakode If you have left over cooked rice at lunch time, you can make pakoras of it. You would definitely love to have them during tea time.
Serving: 4 Person
Preparation Time: 15-20 Mins
Cooking Time: 10 Mins

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice,Cooked
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1 Large Onion,Chopped
  • 1-2 Green Chillies ,Chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2  tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 Pinch Asafoetida
  • Few Coriander Leaves,Chopped
  • Water as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
How to make Chawal Ke Pakode
Step 1: Take a large bowl, mix gram flour,cooked rice,onion,green chillies, red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,chaat masala,asafoetida,coriander leaves and salt as per taste
Step 2: Pour required water to make a thick batter.Mix well all the ingredients in the bowl
