Recipe of Chana Dal Halwa
Chana dal halwa is an Indian traditional dessert recipe.This halwa is made using milk,ghee and sugar.Halwa recipe as follows

Ingredients
- 1 cup Split Bengal Gram , Soaked and Boiled
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 8-10 Cashewnuts, Halved
- 8-10 Almonds, Crushed
Step 1: Grind boiled bengal gram in a food procees without water
Step 2: Heat ghee in a deep-bottomed pan, add bengal gram paste.Fry bengal gram paste over a slow flame till it turns in golden brown color
