Ingredients
  • 5 oz Dole Salad Blend
  • 1/4 lb cooked Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 lb cooked Bacon
  • 4 hard boiled chopped Eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped Strawberries
  • 1/2 chopped Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine Vinegar
  • 6 Tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 chopped small Shallot
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp virgin Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
How to make California Cobb Salad with Tarragon Vinaigrette
Step 1: Combine lemon juice, red wine vinegar, tarragon leaves, shallot, salt, pepper and sugar in a blender.
Step 2: Blend them well and meanwhile, add olive oil as well.
Step 3: Keep this prepared Tarragon Vinaigrette in the refrigerator to chill.
