Ingredients
  • 4-5 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 kg Mutton/Chicken - Minced
  • 250 gm Potatoes - Diced
  • 2 Tomato - Finely Chopped
  • 1 Onion - Finely Chopped
  • 6 whole Black Pepper
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp of Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2  tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/ 4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Green Chilies - Slit
  • 4 cups of Water
  • Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
  • Coriander Leaves 
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 5-6 Lemon Pieces 
How to make Aloo Keema
Step 1:
In a deep bowl, take 1 tbsp of oil cut the onion and saute until light brown
