1.Chew cinnamon gum once a day.

2.Be a tea drinker.

3.Gargle with apple cider vinegar in the morning.

1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
5 drops clove essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
1.Sift the baking soda and cinnamon together into a bowl to remove lumps. Add the clove and peppermint oils, then sift again.Store the powder in an airtight container.
2.To use, dampen your toothbrush, dip it in the powder and brush as you would with toothpaste.
Cooling peppermint sweetens bad breathe and makes your mouth feel clean. Tea tree oil fights gum disease and aloe Vera soothes oral tissue.
5 drops tea tree essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
1.Place the tea bags in a small glass bowl and cover with the boiling water. Cover the bowl and steep for 30 minutes. Squeeze and remove the tea bags.
2.Add the aloe gel and tea tree and peppermint oils. Mix well. Store in a dark glass container.
3.Shake well, then swish 1 to 2 tbsp around your mouth and spit it out. Do not swallow. Store in a cool place and use within one week.
