We all have are ups and downs, but what better way to bring those downs up a little than to have a poem adventure. For one week, collect words and phrases you encounter throughout the day, from signs, advertisements, menus, overheard conversations, radio programs, television, etc. At the end of the week, write a found poem, using these snippets. Pictures may be included as well. Next thursday send me your poems to my email [email protected]. The one we find to be the winner will have it posted on Youth of a Nation with credit to the winner and then the poem will go on our “A way to vent” page. God luck! I hope to hear from you!!!
