Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium Restaurant previously know as Melting Pot Café has launched a revamped all new dining concepts last week to offer guests a more modern and contempary interior to feature its new buffet and a la carte menus. The hotel had recently welcomed the new Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock who has enhanced the restaurant’s buffet choices to include his signature dishes, Curry Laksa, Assam Fish, Mussel Otah Otah and Chilli Crab.
Looking at the interior that is bright, chic with vibrant feel.

Chilli Crab
Chef Chua signature chilli crab and you can only find them at Holiday Inn Atrium Restuaran’s buffet dinner. Fresh and juicy crabs cooked with rich, smooth gravy. Yes, not forgetting to dip the deep fried mantou in those gravy. Finger licking good!
Mussel Otah Otah
The smooth with hint of spiciness fish paste that is baked with fresh succulent mussel.
Curry Laksa
Love the freshness of the ingredients used in making this bowl of laksa. Rich and packed with flavours. It is not too heavy and there will always be room for another bowl of laksa.
Look at the fresh selection of seafoods and sushi !

There are still a lot more of different type of dishes served at the buffet.Not to worry, you will be spoilt for choices.

Overall, I love the dining ambience of the Atrium Restaurant. For the wide selection of food, the price of the buffet is considered reasonable. Holiday Inn Atrium Restaurant will be a choice for christmas and new year festive dining.
