Suffolk Wedding Photography
Helmingham Hall has to be one of the grandest venues around. Situated between Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich in Suffolk. It plays host to only a select number of weddings in any one year and so it was an extra special privilege to be a part of Lizzie and Wills wedding last Summer. The day of this particular wedding, the sun shone bright and after a service at St Andrews Church in Melton, the Bride and Groom enjoyed drinks and canapés in the stunning surroundings of the hall and gardens. The gardens are incredible and include a rose garden, a knot garden, a parterre and an orchard. And as if that wasn’t enough, beyond the formal gardens there stretches a 400-acre deer park! It was great to team up with photographer and friend, Jo Killingworth, who before the day was over managed to convince me, against my better judgment it was a good idea to indulge in some Irish Ceilidh dancing (I dance like a dad!).
