How to make Heirloom Tomato Pizza
Step 1: Let the refrigerated pizza dough stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Step 2: In a food processor, add basil, garlic and oil, and then forms a fine paste. Step 3: Roll the dough on a floured surface and pierce the entire surface with a fork. Step 4: Transfer the rolled pizza over the pizza stone, which is preheated in the oven. Step 5: Spread 2 1/2 tbsp basil mixture over the dough, then top with cheese, tomatoes, and pepper. Step 6: Bake it in a preheated oven until crust is browned and crisp.
