Greentea Latte

Saw this very simple greentea latte at Nami's blog and since I have some left over greentea powder, I decided to make myself a nice cup of green tea latte this morning. Very simple, just barely 10 minutes to prepare this delicious drink!:D I do not have the frother so I skip that part, which makes it even more simple!

Greentea Latte from Nami's blog Just One Cookbook

1½ tsp. green tea (matcha) powder
1 Tbsp. hot water (not boiling water)
1 cup milk (cows, almond, soy, etc)
1 tsp. sugar (optional)

Method:

1. Sift greentea powder into your cup to get rid of lumps.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of hot water and stir till smooth and diluted.

3. Boil 1 cup of milk (I used full cream) with sugar till bubbles appeared. Do not bring to full boil.

4. Pour into the prepared greentea. Stir well and enjoy!

Now how much more simpler could that be!:D
