Blaine has been making different kinds of granola – some in bars but mainly the loose variety. The one above is my favorite and use it as a topping for our yogurt as well as a cereal. If I know we will be on the road for the day, I will grab a handful and store in my bag for munchies.
So here is the interesting part. Ten years ago, this would not have been my husband! We lived a totally different lifestyle then. To see him in the kitchen, baking up a storm and happy, is one of those things that makes me smile.
If Blaine is happy then I am happy and all is right in our little world.
