GOSH Eyebrow Kit

By Bbeautylove @bbeautylove

Brows on blondes can be somewhat of a conundrum. Without definition we don’t appear to have any brows and too much can leave us looking like Groucho Marx. So where to find the happy medium?

In the past few years, the eyebrow pencil has been my go to product, most recently a great product from Soap & Glory (see post) but the art of applying shadow to the brow has, until now, eluded me.

This compact kit from GOSH is, in one word: awesome. Let me explain. Firstly it has everything you could possibly need to make your brows look groomed. It has 3 shades from light to dark which you can mix or use alone depending on your hair and skintone. It comes with a nifty dual ended brush to apply the products, a brow gel to hold everything in place and a mirror so you can see what you are doing!

As I am very blonde I use the lightest shade which is a perfect match for my colouring. The shadows are really soft and easy to apply. I use the brush it comes with (or a Real Techniques one) to apply it in soft strokes and then go over it with the clear gel. Which is surprisingly strong. It sets the colour and the shape of your brows and they honestly didn’t move or fade once. Quite impressive no?

BUT you may ask, ‘why would I buy this palette if I am only going to use half the products?’. Well, my brow loving friends, the additional colours can be used as eyeshadows and they make a great neutral eye. I like using the darkest one in the socket for a slightly Sixties look. Another thing this is great for is nights out. Like getting ready with the girls? Well take this along and everyone will have their brows sorted. In fact I will be doing that myself in a couple of weeks!

Great for travelling (this will do mine and Ma’s brows when we go away this summer) it is sturdy and compact. What more could your brows need?

Available exclusively from Superdrug and online. Priced £7.99.
