Gluten Free Potato Soufflé
This quick side dish is so easy to make and so delicious and of course gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 cups of mashed potato
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3-4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Ghee butter
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground mixed coloured peppers
Optional: shredded chicken, meat, turkey, cheese and any leftovers. I used Hallumi cheese.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Whisk all ingredients together and bake for 20-25 minutes.
