Please watch this video, it is pretty powerful.The young lady in this video is Stacie Pridden and she suffers from a rare heart condition called Pulmonary Hypertension. When Stacie was diagnosed she was given a life expectancy of three years since then Stacie has been waiting for a heart transplant for nearly three years.Stacie, along with Heart Transplant UK have launched a new campaign called ‘Give Your Heart This Valentines Day’, that aims to increase the number of people on the organ donor registry. While 9 out of 10 people in the UK support organ donation, only 3 out of 10 are registered.Please help people like Stacie by becoming a registered donor.
