I’m not going to lie to you guys– I’m in a Gilmore state of mind. But more than that… I’m HIGH on Gilmore Girls. Is that possible? I think it must be. As if the two and a half minute trailer for the new Netflix episodes wasn’t enough, they’ve also graced us with 3 more beautiful posters (that’s after the 4 seasonal themed posters they released last week)
I’m not sure if you can judge someone’s commitment to the show based on the number of times they watched all 147 glorious seconds of Gilmore in the trailer, but if so… I’ll admit to you guys that I’ve watched it at least a dozen times since it’s been out. I mean, I’m among friends here, right? Right?!
While there’s still a ton that remains unknown about the episodes, we did get a lot of wonderful, if tiny, glimpses into the lives of our favorite Connecticutites. Connecticutites? Connecticuters? Connecti-cuties? Oy with the poodles already! Our favorite Gilmores.
For those keen of eye (or who are like me and watched it way too many times), we see Rory at Chilton (and Paris there too!), Lorelai at the Inn (with Sookie and Michel), lots more Stars Hollow shenanigans, some major crises for all 3 generations of Gilmore women and SO MUCH MORE. With so much to see and dissect, if you don’t have the day off on Nov 25, you might want to change your schedule so you can watch it all (and cry and laugh and cry some more) in one sitting (with plenty of Gilmore-style snacks). I know I will be!
