Get A Flat Belly with 5 Day Indian Diet Plan

If you are a fan of GM diet plan and looking for its Indian counterpart to get a trimmed waist line and flat stomach in nothing more than 5 days, browse through the article. It brings the secret of ‘a flat belly in less than a week’ to you.

This diet plan is essentially for 7 days but the initial 5 days are the most crucial. In these days, you not only shed extra kilos but also, you flush out toxins from your body and regain a healthy glow.

How to start –

Day 1 – Since this diet plan is inspired by much famous GM diet plan’s English menu, it also includes a heavy intake of fruit on day 1. Barring banana, you can eat any fruit you want to, however it’ll be more beneficial to eat fruits from melon family. Melon family fruits such as water melon, Crenshaw melon, honeydew and cantaloupe are considered zero calorie fruits with high water percentage.  These fruits not only restrain the water loss from your body but also keep you active.

Note – This diet doesn’t limit your dieting schedule. You can eat fruits as many times as you want. Although, experts advice to drink 8 to 10 glass of water during the day. It keeps you energised in lack of essential carbohydrates.

Indian Diet Plan - Vegetables

Day 2 – Next day of this dieting menu includes nothing but vegetables. We Indians are fortunate that we have ample amount of vegetables available in almost every season. To kick start second day of dieting you can rely on a plate of fresh green salad as your morning grub. Later add vegetables of guard family in your lunch and dinner menu. For evening snacking, you can again rely on a bowl of salad prominently comprised of tomatoes and cucumber.

Note – increase your water intake by one or two glasses. And, the eating rule remains the same on this day too. You can eat veggies whenever hunger forces you to eat something.

Indian Diet Plan - Fruits

Day 3 – On the third day of ‘flat belly diet plan’, a surprise awaits you. You can take the needed dose of carbohydrate on this day by eating a whole boiled potato with a dash of butter. After this delicious beginning, you can eat anything from your Day1 and Day2 diet plans. Keep in mind that third day’s menu is supposed to be a right mix of last two days’ food intakes.

Note – Consume at least 12 to 13 glasses of water till the day ends.

Indian Diet Plan - Boiled Potato

Day 4 – Fourth day of diet plan is super energy plan. Mainly focusing on banana and milk consumption, this menu makes for a tasty dieting. On this day, you are supposed to have around 8 bananas and four glasses of milk. For a balanced food intake, you can divide it into four eating schedule and keep two bananas and a glass of milk for each schedule.

Note – For mid meal hunger, drink unsweetened lemon water or zero calorie butter milk. It’ll keep your appetite under control.  To stay energised, keep drinking water.

Day 5 – On the fifth day of dieting, you get liberty of eating all the tasty and healthy delights of a common Indian dietary menu, as you can gorge on raw paneer (cottage cheese), tomatoes, soya soup etc. Intake of 12-14 glasses of water is a must on this day too.

After five days of this diet plan, your body evacuates a major portion of toxin and brings a healthy natural glow on your face. On 5th day you can take your slimmer day’s t-shirt and can rejoice seeing yourself fitting inside it perfectly. Although, the real pressure of dieting lasts on the 5th day, you need two more days to enjoy the lasting impact of this weight loss program. On 6th day you can eat vitamin rich low calorie nutrients. Raw paneer, steamed veggies and low-cal soups are supposed to be the best diet for 6th day post the ‘5 Dayflat belly meal plan.’ On 7th day you can get back on your regular diet of sprouts, whole wheat chapattis and brown rice.

(Note For best results, start your day with a glass of no-salty/no-sugary lemon water.)
