Fusilli Baked with Bacon Sauce

Fusilli baked with bacon sauceTIME: 25 MIN.
300 gr. type of pasta fusilli
pureed tomatoes into small pieces
fried (onion, celery, carrot)
Salt q.b.
diced bacon
extra virgin olive q.b.
grated cheese q.b.
In a saucepan, pour a little olive oil with a handful of fried and sauté for a few minutes over medium heat.
Add the chopped tomato and diced bacon, salt.
Let cook for a few minutes.
In the meantime, boil the pasta in abundant salted boiling water.
Drain al dente.
Take a baking dish and cover with a ladle of sauce, fusilli dispose yourself, cover the dough with the sauce and remaining cheese spolveratevi.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until the dough will be ready.
