Good Morning Everyone,I have a treat for you today! Yesterday I saw a jar of jalapenos in the fridge and was trying to figure out what to do with them. It was then I noticed a packed of ranch dip mix and an idea came to my head. So today I give you Fried Ranch Jalapeno slices...Its easy and good :-) We ate a bunch of them last night.
Jar of jalapenos1 packet of ranch dip mix1 C FlourOil for deep frying
In a bowl combine your flour and ranch. Then take your jalapeno slices and dredge them in the flour/ranch mixture. Then put them in the oil till they are golden brown. Watch them because they are fast.
