Fried Cabbage with Crispy Bacon

Bacon, cabbage and a touch of butter. The perfect constellation of flavors when time is not on your side. So yummy. So keto. And easy on your wallet, too!


  1. Chop cabbage and bacon into small pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add cabbage and butter and fry until soft and golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Fried cabbage with bacon is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you're super hungry, feel free to add a couple of fried eggs or a dollop of mayo. Mmmmm....

You can also serve our fried cabbage as a side dish. Pair it with a main course like a juicy oven-baked chicken. A match made in heaven!
