So, hubby gave me an idea for the meatloaf and I just had to try it! So I created this French Fried Onion BBQ Meatloaf! Its so good and easy :-)
Meatloaf3 lbs of meatloaf2 egg1/3 Cup Grated ParmesanSprinkle of Salt and Pepper2 T Garlic Sea Salt1/4 cup Chopped onion1/2 C Ketchup1/2 C panko crumbs1 C Oats2 C BBQ Sauce1 C French Fried OnionsIn a mixer or buy hand mix it up. Then on a cookie sheet dump your hamburger mixture on it. Form it into an oval or loaf length. Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes and then take out and pour 2 cups of bbq sauce over the top. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes or so until the bbq sauce is caramelized. Top with a cup of french fried onions. Serve!
