Feenix Rising is a clear top coat with 4 neutral holographic glitters.I had a hard time trying to catch the beauty of this shade.You can wear this over dark based polish to enhance the bling effect or you can also wear it with pastels to add a feminine touch to the mani.
Just one coat is enough to get the effect.And don't forget to layer it with clear top coat to even out the surface :)
